Dovie Wolf – Hughes

I grew up on a farm, around guys, and I chewed tobacco.  I can’t really remember when I started.  Around five years old, I think.  Chewing was just a way of life, even for a woman.  Eventually, I needed a lot of dental work from all the damage the spit tobacco caused.  I was embarrassed to admit I chewed, but the Quitline helped me through it.  The Quit Coaches® always called when they said they would, and I never ran out of patches.  As it was, I needed the Coaches way more than the patches.  With their help, even the stress of losing two family members couldn’t make me start up again.
